My path in IT
I started my career in IT as an IT Administrator, gaining solid technical foundations and an understanding of infrastructure. This experience allowed me to better understand the needs of development teams and technological challenges.
Over the course of more than 10 years in the industry, I transitioned to project management, where for 5+ years I have been leading projects in the logistics, HR, education, and banking sectors. My main goal is to help develop extensive applications and services.
What motivates me most is having a real impact on product shaping, optimizing project workflows, and delivering value that translates into tangible business results for clients.
